karen elaine spencer maintains a studio practice, performs, curates and writes. Oscillating

between work in the street, exhibitions in galleries, and projects via the web, spencer questions

hierarchies and investigates how we, as transient beings, occupy the world we live in. 

 

go to the night is one work from a series of painted transcriptions based upon text taken from the 3-fold print, if you are baffled, which was produced as a result of the artist’s AdMare residency in 2021.
